Our client, Encon Group, a diversified Kenyan business group headquartered in Kisumu, with strategic interests across energy, petroleum, LPG, construction, transport, real estate, quarrying and insurance, anchored by Green Wells Energies Limited, Stonefield Company Limited and G-Wells Renewables, is seeking to strengthen its Board with high-calibre professionals to provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight as the Group advances its growth and investment agenda.

POSITION OVERVIEW

ENCON Board Member Positions 
The Board role requires accomplished professionals with a strong blend of oil and gas, real estate, construction, technology, renewable energy, strategic leadership, financial investment, commercial acumen, innovation and sustainability expertise. Successful candidates will provide strategic direction, independent judgement and effective oversight across the Group’s diverse business portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


a) Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of interest.
b) Master’s Degree in a relevant area of interest.
c) At least 10 years’ relevant Board membership/Director experience.
d) Demonstrable experience and expertise in a relevant area of interest.
e) Strong strategic, financial and commercial acumen.
f) Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
g) High levels of integrity, sound judgement and governance maturity.
